Mr. Leonard is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of
JRP Capital Corp. and JRP Consulting Corp. of Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Leonard began his financial advisory career as a broker
with Hayden Miller and Company. Mr. Leonard held a similar
position with Stone and Webster Securities and began his management
career with EF Hutton in 1980. Mr. Leonard held similar positions
with JC Bradford & Company before forming the JRP Companies
in 1993.
Mr. Leonard attended The Ohio State University and Franklin
University, where he also served as an instructor from 1971-73.
He has participated in numerous continuing education programs,
including programs offered by the Harvard Business School,
New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Options
Exchange and Northwestern University. Mr. Leonard also has
served as an instructor in firm-sponsored continuing education
programs.

Mr. Luke is the President and Chief Investment Officer of
JRP Capital Corp.
Mr. Luke's career as an Investment Professional began as
a statistician with The State Teachers Retirement System of
Ohio. It was at State Teachers where Mr. Luke acquired his
investment philosophies and his expertise in technical analysis
and derivatives management. Following his tenure at State
Teachers, Mr. Luke joined Accel International in its cash
management department. Shortly after joining Accel, Mr. Luke's
responsibilities expanded into the Investment Department,
where he was responsible for providing research and technical
analysis directly to Accel's Chief Investment Officer. Immediately
prior to joining JRP, Mr. Luke implemented his investment
philosophies and technical analysis as an investment broker
for JC Bradford & Company. Mr. Luke joined JRP Capital
Corp. in 1994 as market strategist. Currently, Mr. Luke is
JRP's President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Luke is
responsible for developing and implementing JRP Capital's
S&P 500 Index Strategy.
Mr. Luke graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University
in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Joseph

Before joining JRP, Mr. Leonard spent 8 years as a consultant
to start-up and early-development companies primarily located
in California. Mr. Leonard provided expertise in all areas
of marketing, advertising, business development, and investor
relations. In this capacity he developed sales, advertising,
and capital formation programs for several private and public
companies in Southern California.
Prior to starting his own Company, Mr. Leonard spent 10 years
in the financial services industry. He began his career as
a financial consultant with E.F. Hutton & Company &
Shearson Lehman Brothers, before becoming a principal for
an independent securities firm.
Mr. Leonard's diverse background includes marketing assignments
with several companies, including Nestle Foods, Sweetheart
Cup Corporation, Avid Technologies, Rubicon Investor Relations,
New Media Arts, and World Trade Exchange, Ltd.
Mr. Leonard received a bachelor of science degree in1976
from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Leonard will be responsible for overseeing the development
of JRP Capital Partners, and serving as liaison between JRP
and its program affiliates.

Beth
A. Buskirk

Miss Buskirk is the Operations Manager of JRP Capital Corp.
As Operations Manager, Miss Buskirk is responsible for the
daily reconciliation of client accounts, new account setup,
coordination of customer cash flow requests, and preparation
of quarterly statements and performance reports.
Miss Buskirk graduated from The Ohio State University in
December of 1998 with a BA in Speech and Hearing Science.
Following graduation, she worked for AT&T as a Customer Service
Specialist. Miss Buskirk joined JRP Capital Corp. in September
of 1999.
