Mr. Luke is the Owner and Chief Investment Officer of JRP Capital Corp.

Mr. Luke's career as an Investment Professional began as a statistician with The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. It was at State Teachers where Mr. Luke acquired his investment philosophies and his expertise in technical analysis and derivatives management. Following his tenure at State Teachers, Mr. Luke joined Accel International in its cash management department. Shortly after joining Accel, Mr. Luke's responsibilities expanded into the Investment Department, where he was responsible for providing research and technical analysis directly to Accel's Chief Investment Officer. Immediately prior to joining JRP, Mr. Luke implemented his investment philosophies and technical analysis as an investment broker for JC Bradford & Company. Mr. Luke joined JRP Capital Corp. in 1994 as market strategist. Currently, Mr. Luke is JRP's Owner and Chief Investment Officer.

Mr. Luke graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
